Long Description — Caerlon Gateway Arrival Sequences

Seven rows show the ordinary public order for Highharbor, Reedgate, Greenmantle, High Silver Gate from west to east, Harrow Gap from west to east, Estenwatch, and the Broken Chain Approaches.

Each row moves through seven stages: outer landmark, signal or identification, controlled approach, waiting place, receiver, entry decision, and first public area. A failure, closure, missing signal, unsafe draft, dangerous weather, denied inspection, or absent host can stop the sequence before arrival.

High Silver Gate and Harrow Gap also have reverse-direction approach records. Those relationships appear in the inland-gateway comparison.
