The top panel shows the main east-west itinerary from Highharbor to Crownward Seat, High Silver Gate, Heartplain Assembly Halls, Fort Harrowline, New Bellweather, and Estenwatch. The full ordinary overland journey takes about four to six weeks.

The lower-left panel lists the Torin Bridgeholds in order and gives five days by road, three days downstream by small craft, and five to six days upstream.

The lower-right river panel compares downstream and upstream times on the Valen, Greenmantle, and Esten.

The bottom panel lists maritime planning bands: one to two days for Highharbor to the Greenmantle mouth, one to five days for an Estenwatch patrol circuit, three to seven days from Estenwatch through the outer approaches, and days to weeks for intercontinental routes.
